Well, last night went again approx 5:30 to 6:00 PM. Not busy. Bad drive up service❕
Ordered 2 mocha frappes (with cpn) and a $1.99 bag of popcorn with 1 scoop of butter.
It was rung up as $3.29 bag of popcorn - ONLY....
Explained our order, once again and they said moo lattes? NO, frappes with coupon.......
OK finally straightened that out and drove ahead to window.
Must have been confusing as 3 were working on it......
It seemed like the frappes were just chocolate soft serve with little whip cream & choc. sauce drizzled over them. 1st time had yummy choc. pieces and excellent flavor.....
I don't typically complain, but usually the service is excellent and orders are GREAT.July 10, 2016
