  Disappointed. Customer experience was awful. We're a family of four. We'll have a large order. There were 5 cars ahead of us in the drive thru. That's fine. We don't mind waiting. It gets to our turn I was able to order one sandwich before I was interrupted to ask if I'm done ordering, I said no. I continued to order.
  
  I'm sorry I didnt get that, can I repeat it. Sure-- why not. Ok, I'd also like this. Ok, is that all? NO. It's not. I already told you I had a large order. You know what....Forget it. I've lost interest in placing an order. You can cancel it. This is ridiculous.
  
  I don't mind waiting. Don't rush me through your drive thru or the ordering process because it's busy. When you're ready to take my order - take it. Don't keep interrupting me. Don't ask me what I want if you're not paying attention or you're trying to tend to the customer order at the window. I worked fast food for years. I know what a busy drive thru is like but I can do without your attitude and your sassy remarks. Come to me when youre ready NOT because you think you have to or you're doing me a favor to hurry up and get my order in.
  
  Waited for 40 minutes to get out of the drive thru, start to finish and without food.
  
  Ridiculous. Thanks for nothing.

  Went through drive thru our croissants were burned and cold, the cheese was not even melted. Then a couple days later we tried to go in thinking it would be better. That day the croissants were burned and the bacon was like rubber. So we will not go back again. The Burger King on Appleton Road in Menasha is so much better.

  My visit was not a very nice one. I watched this manager "Jolissa" be very rude and unprofessional towards a trainee. This was very sad to see, she completely disregarded a lady waiting in line to service the drive through. Her professionalism is poor, I can see why this location goes through employee after employee. Who would want to work under those kinds of conditions?
